CLEANING

Heritage CNY will power wash when necessary. Ex. Aluminum/vinyl siding

PROTECTING PROPERTY

Paint on your brick or windows is unacceptable! Our careful workers will protect landscaping, masonry, windows, shingles, fixtures and all other surrounding surfaces with plastic sheeting, drop cloths, tape and paper where necessary. Windows will be cleaned upon completion.

PRIMER FOR SEALING, BONDING, AND SMOOTHING

Once your home is clean, all new and exposed surfaces must be primed to promote adhesion of the new topcoat, prevent tannin bleed through on new wood, and ensure a smooth, long lasting finish.

CAULKING

Loose caulk will be removed, replaced, and the entire home re-caulked including windows and doors. Applying a premium acrylic latex caulk prior to painting will help prevent rainwater from penetrating the exterior of the home. Windows can also be glazed at this time if required.

METICULOUS APPLICATION

Application will consist of both spray and brush depending on the surface being painted.

PROTOCOL

Your home will be kept clean and well cared for by skilled crafts people who are prompt, polite and professional. They complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. Touch-up paint will be labeled and left for your convenience.

INSPECTION AND FOLLOW-UP

Once the project is finished, an owner will perform a thorough inspection and invite you to review the project to ensure your complete satisfaction. If touch-up is required it will be taken care of immediately!
